- Our office is accepting new patients, depending on the insurance company. We accept BCBS, Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, and Medcost plans. Please contact the office to ask about any insurance not listed above. Medicare and Medicaid plans are not accepted at this time.
- If we do not contract with your insurance plan, or if you are without insurance coverage, it is our policy to collect payment at the time of service. We have very reasonable rates for self pay visits, and estimates can be given by calling the office.
- A lot of valuable information about how your plan operates can be obtained by calling the customer service number on the back of your insurance card. Service reps can explain the types of services that are covered for you, and what your financial responsibility might be.
- We do our best to file your insurance claim on your behalf. We file these claims as a courtesy, so if your insurance company declines to pay, the patient is ultimately responsible.
- Payment plans are available for those individuals who wish to take care of their financial obligations, but find it hard to do so all at once. Just ask to be connected to the business office.
